Writing is part of how I understand systems.
My roots in journalism, publishing and community media shape the way I ask questions, structure information and notice whose knowledge is missing.
Language is product infrastructure.
Teams cannot design a useful product if the people involved mean different things by the same words. Editorial work helps make roles, decisions and context visible before those assumptions harden into software.
My public work has included community broadcasting, Black community newspaper publishing, a Writer-in-Residence role with the London Arts Council and contributing to The Unseen Commuters.
