A working principle
Technology should make people better at what they do.
The best products do more than automate a task. They help people understand their work, make better decisions and act with greater confidence.
I look beyond the requested feature to understand the people, relationships, rules and responsibilities surrounding it. Sometimes the answer is new software. Sometimes it is a clearer process. Often it is both.

Technology governance and AI readiness
Responsible adoption starts before a tool is chosen.
I work with organisations to establish decision principles and accountability, assess whether people and information are ready for AI, and define the oversight required if AI is introduced.
Technology governance provides the wider foundation. AI readiness determines whether an organisation is prepared. AI governance defines how a particular use will be controlled.
