These systems began with operational questions rather than feature lists: who does the work, what information they depend on, how responsibilities move between people and where things break down. Chara is a relationship and operations platform for nonprofits and community organizations, where people, programs, partnerships and work are deeply interconnected.
I designed its model around relationships, affiliations, engagements, projects, activities and responsibilities as first-class data—not isolated contact records—so teams can understand who they serve and what is happening across the organization.

Delivue is an operations platform for coordinating complex commercial deliveries from planning through completion.
Its workflow connects multi-stop jobs, staff and vehicle assignments, schedules, costing, signatures, expenses, payments, invoicing and deadlines—linking the operational and financial work required to close out each delivery.

Learning Management System
I designed and developed a multi-role learning platform that models the full instructional lifecycle: classrooms, programs, enrolment, content, assessments, resources, communication and learner progress.
The system supports students, instructors, tutors, parents and administrators through role-aware workflows, program structures, progress tracking and assessment logic, with a foundation for multilingual delivery and institutional growth.

How I work
Technical leadership creates clarity.
I treat architecture as a series of accountable decisions, not a diagram made in isolation. I work with product, design and operational stakeholders to surface constraints early, choose an appropriate path and explain the trade-offs in language the team can use.
My background in journalism, community work and product strategy strengthens how I investigate problems, ask precise questions and preserve the institutional knowledge software depends on. This is especially important in community systems, cultural preservation and nonprofit or NGO technology, where context cannot be an afterthought.
